Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is processed when you visit JoyGames or play a browser game.

Effective date: October 3, 2026

About this policy

JoyGames operates joygames.uk, a website for browser games. This policy covers the JoyGames website and the games launched from it. Some games are created by third-party developers and may have their own services or privacy terms.

Information processed to run the site

When you open a page, the hosting server and Cloudflare, which provides network delivery and security services for the domain, process technical request information. This can include the requested page or file, date and time, browser and device details, referring page, response status and connection address. These records are used to deliver pages, protect the service, diagnose errors and manage network traffic. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies for network security and performance.

Cloudflare may process information under its own privacy terms. Read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Game data stored in your browser

JoyGames does not require an account to start Cake Ready. The game uses browser-local storage for certain settings and progress flags. This information stays in the browser profile on the device where you play and is not a JoyGames account or cloud save. It may not transfer between devices, and clearing the browser's site data can remove it.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your question, investigate a game or site issue, or handle a privacy or rights request. Contact us at [email protected].

Advertising and analytics

JoyGames does not currently load Google AdSense ads or Google Analytics. If advertising or analytics is added later, this policy will be updated to explain the relevant technologies and choices. Before personalized Google ads are served to visitors in the UK, European Economic Area or Switzerland, the site will use a Google-certified consent management platform where required by Google's publisher policies.

Children

JoyGames does not ask visitors to create an account or intentionally request personal information through the game. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will review the request.

Your choices and requests

You can stop using the site at any time and clear browser site data to remove information stored locally by the game. For a question or privacy request, email [email protected]. We will review requests in line with the laws that apply.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
